So, Saturday night, you decided to order sushi and stay in to watch Hot Rod or something. Why? Why did you do that? You missed one of the best shows that was happening around Baton Rouge!
A packed house said farewell to one of the most charming bands and group of friends of all time, Mr. San Francisco. They performed their last show at Atomic before having to go separate ways for college.
Allison asked me to document her last show with them and I'm so glad that I did. Dreamy, fun pop songs mixed with layered vocals, Frank Ocean and Parquet Courts covers and a final sing-a-long? Yeesssss.
Peep the recap below!
How cute are these siblings? The night was filled with 'thank yous' from one bandmate to another. It was so openly sentimental that I don't think anyone attending ever stopped smiling... ever. It was warm.
Ronni is watching me type this and just yelled "tender atmosphere!" So, if that's a recap for you.
That 'Content Nausea' cover got everyone wiiiiiild. Who doesn't love Parkay Quarts?
